Week 1-3

• Student must submit VA/TA Cert Forms

• Before Add/Drop: $0.00 VA Certification

• After Add/Drop: Final Tuition VA Certification 

Week 4-5

• VA Tuition Payment Received

• Process Late Drops, VA Cert Termination, Debt Letters

Week 5-8

• Send VA Tuition Overpayment

Tuition Discount

A 10% tuition discount is available to active duty* and veteran military service members. For the purposes of this tuition discount, active duty includes:

• U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve
• U.S. Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve
• U.S. Coast Guard and Coast Guard Reserve
• U.S. Marines and Marine Corps Reserve
• U.S. Navy and Naval Reserve

* Active duty is defined as having completed basic training.
